Simalube SL01-60 - Multi-Purpose Plastic Lubricant

simalube SL01-60 is an automatic single-point lubricant dispenser with a volume of 60 ml and a multi-purpose plastic lubricant refill. It is activated by a single turn and then manages lubrication automatically — continuously, precisely, and even in locations inaccessible with a grease gun. Size 60 ml: universal – the most common choice for a standard single lubrication point.

Rolling and plain bearings, guide surfaces and standard machine applications in industry, agriculture and transport. The lubricant refill operates in the range of −30 °C to +120 °C, and the dispenser itself in the range of −20 °C to +55 °C. Classification according to DIN 51502: KP2K-30. Base: mineral oil, Li/Ca thickener.

How simalube works

After activation by turning the numbered screw, pressure is created inside the cell (dry hydrogen gas cell — without battery and without cables), which evenly and continuously pushes the precise amount of lubricant directly into the lubricated point. The remaining amount is visible through the transparent inspection window, and dispensing can be stopped and restarted at any time. One dispenser replaces dozens of manual interventions with grease guns — day after day, for an entire year.

Size 60 ml — and other sizes

Universal – the most common choice for a standard single lubrication point. Larger volume = longer interval between replacements; smaller volume = lubricant savings and fitting into confined spaces. The same SL01 lubricant is also available in other sizes: 15 ml · 30 ml · 60 ml · 125 ml · 250 ml.
