Overview of cross-sections of aluminium profiles. The shape of the cross-section shows how many slots the profile has and on which sides, i.e. where accessories can be attached.
The cross-section is the first thing you need to know about a profile — the module size alone does not indicate whether the profile has a slot on all sides, or only on two.
