We usually dispatch goods in stock within 24–48 hours. You can see the current availability for each product.
What payment methods do you offer?
Quick QR bank transfer, online card payment, cash on delivery, and standard bank transfer. We issue invoices with VAT numbers for companies.
Can I pick up the goods in person?
Yes. Personal pickup at our store in Žebrák is free – just select it in the cart under shipping methods.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. After submitting your order, you will find the invoice in your customer account, or it will be sent to your e-mail.
I am buying for a company. How do I do it?
Fill in the billing details in the order, including the company ID and VAT number. We will issue the invoice to the company.
