The drive unit is the "engine" of the simalube automatic lubricator — it creates the pressure that pushes the lubricant into the lubricated point. It is used for the recommissioning of a refillable 15 ml lubricator: you refill the lubricator body with lubricant and install a new drive unit.
Purpose of the drive unit
The simalube automatic lubricator is refillable up to 3×. Once empty, simply refill the body with lubricant and install a new drive unit — there is no need to purchase an entirely new lubricator. This further reduces lubrication costs and decreases the amount of waste. The 15 ml drive unit is designed exclusively for lubricators with a volume of 15 ml.
