Thank you all for the excellent ratings you have given our e-shop! It has proved itself so well that numerous online shops and price comparison sites have awarded it their certificates.
The "Verified by Customers" certificate awarded by the Heureka.cz website answers the question of "where to buy a product and not get it wrong". Heureka.cz goes beyond the price comparison sites, shop catalogues or consumer goods magazines available so far. It is able to link all these sources into one place and advise you, the users.
For Heureka.cz to be able to recommend the best shop, it has to weigh up far more aspects than price alone. In order to remove the fear of shopping online and to prevent bad experiences, it has to take into account above all the quality of the shop's services (from how clear the pages are, providing complete information about the price, delivery times, handling of complaints, ...).
