Are you looking for a solution for how to disinfect rooms professionally without lengthy manual work? We struggled with it ourselves. In the end it was enough to reach into the stock of our company and a compact, highly effective solution is in the world. And the whole set, which we will now introduce to you, can simply be bought.
For the fast and effective disinfecting of rooms of all kinds we started testing our mobile compressors in connection with the spray gun Gentilin SG990S-18, on which the liquid supply and the shape of the jet can be regulated. The gun is in a nozzle kit with a 1.8 mm nozzle and a 750 ml container. The third, not to be forgotten part is the spiral hose of polyurethane, distinguished by high resistance to kinking, abrasion and pressure. It has quick couplings, so that you connect and put the whole set into operation in a moment.
The operation and application on surfaces that need to be disinfected stands out above all by its simplicity. It is enough to observe the rule that the disinfectant must be completely liquid, it must not be thickened with glycerine or another agent. Another rule is the correct choice of compressor, since for the sets we use 3 types with an air receiver of 6 – 24 l.
The smallest oil-free compressor ABAC serves for application in smaller rooms, in the household, in offices. The other two compressors will cover larger premises, workshops and production halls of medium size.

We also recommend taking care after each application that the aggregates cool down. The smallest, 6 l ABAC can be running for 15 minutes and for another 15 minutes it must cool down. For both 24 l compressors an imaginary ceiling of 30 minutes of running applies, but thanks to the larger air receiver they will not be switching on all the time.
Our test shows that with a 750 ml container approximately 3 school classrooms can be disinfected including desks and other furniture at a pressure of 2 – 2.5 atm. One classroom takes about 15 minutes.
One spray application can be left to dry, a multi-layer disinfection is better wiped off.
