When catalog specs aren't enough: Introducing heavy-duty cast-iron WALTER compressors to our e-shop. Currently on sale with a 3-year warranty!
You know the drill. You buy a compressor that looks like a beast in the brochure, but as soon as you hook up a spray gun and an impact wrench at the same time in the workshop, the machine runs out of breath, and the motor revs so high you expect it to fly into the next room. On top of that, the air receiver can't keep up with the compressed air demand... We decided to put an end to this problem and counter the huge supply of low-quality compressors often seen on the market and in various hardware stores. We have added equipment to our e-shop that is built for hard work and real durability, not just for nice numbers on a flyer.
Welcome to our new category – WALTER cast-iron piston compressors, which complement the other proven "iron" in our offer – the mainstays ABAC, Atmos, and Black Wind. And because we want to properly introduce this new range to you, we have currently set introductory sale prices on the entire line and automatically guarantee a 3-year warranty on every model. Why did we choose this particular brand, and why shouldn't one be missing from your setup? Let's take a look under the hood.

1. Honest cast iron and low-speed operation
Today's trend often dictates "cheap and fast above all". Walter goes against the grain by principle. The heart of all these machines is an all-cast-iron pump, similar to Atmos. Cast iron is heavy, incredibly mechanically durable, and, above all, dissipates heat perfectly.
The real magic, however, lies in the RPM. WALTER compressors are designed as low-speed units. While standard aluminum hobby compressors push their RPMs to the sky, Walter operates in the range of just 688 to 1276 revolutions per minute. For perspective – the flagship of the series, the massive four-cylinder WK1500 (10 HP), purrs peacefully at a relaxed 768 RPM. The result? Part wear drops to a minimum, operation is quieter, the temperature of the compressed air is lower, and the unit can easily handle continuous operation in tire shops, car paint shops, or sandblasting. Furthermore, we like that WALTER uses very high-quality components in its latest generation of compressors that many competitors underestimate – such as intake filters with a steel mesh or pistons with significantly better sealing rings.

2. Free air delivery you actually get
Many manufacturers impress customers with massive "suction capacity". But the reality in the workshop is that you only care about what actually flows through the hose into the tool. WALTER precisely declares the effective free air delivery (FAD), which for their products ranges from 340 to 1100 l/min (after deducting losses, it makes up an honest 73–86% of the suction volume). Thanks to this, you can accurately calculate the simultaneous use of your tools, and the compressor will never leave you waiting for the tank to "pressurize".
3. A choice for every situation (even without 400 V)
We know that every production facility has its specifics. That's why we have stocked 28 models across five power classes (2.2 to 7.5 kW). You can choose according to your specific needs and operational possibilities:
- Don't have a three-phase connection? No problem. Five models built on the 2.2kW pump (WK430) are ready for standard 230 V. With a delivery of 340 l/min, they easily handle blow guns, staplers, and ratchets.
- Fighting for every square meter? Vertical models (e.g., VWK650) are the solution. They take up half the floor space while providing the exact same power and 270l tank capacity as their horizontal versions.
- Need enormous pressure? For specific needs, we also have high-pressure HWK versions for 13 and 15 bar.
- Already have your own tank? Our offer also includes standalone WALTER compressor pumps on a base frame without an air receiver (P-PLATE models).
You can choose air receivers from compact 50 liters up to industrial 500 liters. And if some of the parameters of the WALTER compressors we offer seem familiar, you are right – the new generation of machines is built on the foundations of the popular and proven series that were previously sold under the GK and VGK designations.
WALTER cast-iron compressors are not toys for occasionally inflating a pool. It is industrial power without compromise, intended for those who work with their hands and need reliability. Explore our complete offer here.
On sale until the end of September 2026
The entire range of WALTER compressors is currently on sale with a three-year warranty! If you are not sure whether your operation can be handled by a 230 V model, or if you need the "golden middle path" for a car repair shop (e.g., the bestselling WK650), give us a call. We will discuss the tools you use and select exactly the model that will do the best job for you.
