Dear customers, as you surely know, the government of the Czech Republic is introducing many measures because of the spread of the Coronavirus epidemic, which must be respected in the interest of protecting our health.
That is why we are letting you know that most of the pick-up points of the company Zásilkovna have been closed since 14.3. The following lines will tell you whether your favourite pick-up point is among these restrictions as well.
„From Saturday 14 March 2020 from 6:00 until 24 March 2020 at 6:00 all shops are closed, with the exception of food shops, shops with hygiene and drugstore goods, pharmacies and dispensaries of medical devices, fuels and motor fuels, glasses and contact lenses, computer and telecommunication technology, consumer electronics and household products, tobacco products, small pets, feed and other pet supplies, newspapers and magazines, laundry and dry-cleaning services and sales over the internet and by other distance means.“
So that the delivery of consignments into your hands remains reliable, we will send consignments only with the companies GLS, DPD and Geis. Consignments that have already been ordered in another form are automatically changed to these courier services, and that without any surcharge.
Because it is possible that the carriers will cancel the option of cash on delivery for the time of the crisis due to the restriction of personal contact, we recommend that you pay only by card or by proforma invoice in our e-shop.
And personal collection? Of course we are glad when you come to our shop for a parcel, but at this time we can at most gesticulate at each other through the glass - unfortunately! Quarantine means that we are forbidden to let you into the branch. Personal collection is therefore possible only after personal communication with handling in front of the door.
