Air filtration PROFI filters

Atmospheric air contains contaminants such as: dust, various forms of hydrocarbons and water in the form of moisture.
All components of the contaminants are drawn into the compressor and are also present in the compressed air, including even the oil particles that get into the air thanks to the lubrication of the compressor. All the parts interact with one another and create an abrasive and corrosive emulsion, which can cause damage in the piping, to pneumatic systems and to the products themselves. Professional filters from the MARK brand, intended directly for screw compressors, remove all these contaminants. In addition, you can conveniently monitor the state of clogging of the filter element in these professional filters and thus order a replacement filter element in good time.

MARK brand filters are the answer to more advanced requirements for the quality of air from compressors and ensure high efficiency and reliability even for sophisticated compressed air equipment.

Filter element Coalescing filter
FMO series

Filtration 0,1 um - residual oil 0,1 mg/m³
green identification colour

Specific use as a pre-filter for refrigeration dryers, further as an oil-removing filter, a preventive filter protecting the piping, etc.
Filter element High-efficiency coalescing filter of the FMM series
filtration 0,01 um - residual oil 0,01 mg/m³
red identification colour

Specific use as a filter after the dryer, a pre-filter before FCA and ADS, for pneumatic systems, paint shops, pneumatic conveying, laser cutting and the like.
Filter element Pre-filter
FPRO series

filtration 3 um
yellow identification colour

Ideal protection of the piping and a pre-filter in cases of considerable contamination of the air by liquids or dust
Filter element Activated carbon filter
FCA series
residual oil 0,005 mg/m³
silver identification colour

The activated carbon filter serves to remove vapour, oil and residual hydrocarbons. Use in pharmacy, the food industry and the chemical industry, photographic laboratories, packaging technology, galvanic plants, high-quality painting, etc....
Filter element Dust filter
FPRE series

filtration 1 um
green identification colour

Use in systems with a high dust content, for example the outlet on ADS adsorption dryers.
It is declared as an additional filter after the FPRO stage and as a pre-filter of the FMM series.

The presence of contaminants leads in particular to: - Leaks in the piping
- Higher costs for machine maintenance
- A reduction in product quality and company image

The growing share of automation and the application of more sophisticated products place ever greater demands on the quality of compressed air.

Filters from the MARK company can be the solution to preventing all the damage potentially caused by contaminants contained in compressed air.
