Within 7 calendar days of the machine's dispatch, send us an e-mail at reklamace@atmos-chrast.cz. Just state the machine type, serial number, a brief description of the defect, and attach photos of the damage. We do not need any protocol from the carrier.

2. Lightning-fast assessment

Our claims team will immediately assess your request. Because we completely bypass the carrier and their approval processes, you won't face any stress or waiting in uncertainty.

3. Free repair

Following a justified claim, we arrange a free repair right away. We will do everything to ensure you can fully utilize your compressor as soon as possible. The costs are covered by ATMOS.

Important: The service can be claimed no later than 7 calendar days from dispatch from our plant. While the vast majority of transports go smoothly, with this service, you are protected in case of an unexpected exceptional situation.

How to order the service?

It's easy. When purchasing in our e-shop, simply add this service to your cart as an optional item in the details of the selected compressor. You will then see it on the invoice as a separate item paired with the specific machine. The service becomes active upon payment of the invoice.
