Flat nozzles spread the air into a wide band instead of a point jet. They suit drying surfaces, cleaning conveyor belts and anywhere a whole width needs covering at once.
Nozzles screw into the gun, so check the thread before you buy — it differs between ranges. Mind the rules on blowing off, too: many workplaces only allow pressure limited to a safe value and a nozzle that vents itself if it gets blocked.
