The AIRnet piping system is made exclusively of materials that are not subject to corrosion, which brings the following advantages:

  • elimination of the risk of contamination
  • compressed air is delivered in constant quality from the compressor right to the place of its use
  • ensures the required pressure in the piping system
  • reduces the costs of maintaining the piping
  • protects against possible failures in production

A complete solution

The AIRnet piping system offers a complete solution for the air supply from the compressor right to the final off-take point. The system is made of aluminium pipes and polymer couplings with nominal bores from 20 to 100 mm (3/4" to 4"). Within this catalogue you will find dimensions only up to the size 63 mm. Further, the system contains a whole range of necessary assembly accessories.

  • the polymer couplings ensure a perfect connection and for joining the system no welding, gluing or pressing is needed
  • dimensions up to a diameter of 25 mm (1") can be joined by hand, and that with perfect tightness
  • immediately after assembly the line can be pressurised, which reduces the unnecessary waiting time before starting operation

A new design increasing the possibility of tightening, the force and safety (using a ring of stainless steel)

The very large internal diameter of the body eliminates the effects of air flow and contributes significantly to reducing pressure drop

For easier insertion of the pipe and perfect alignment of the pipe in the coupling

On the product the number of the fitting and the diameter are stamped

Easy and fast joining

AIRnet uses a single method of assembly for all diameters to ensure the shortest possible assembly time, from 1,5 minutes
with the smallest up to 4 minutes with the largest diameters.

AIRnet 10 year warranty

Thanks to the high quality of the AIRnet piping system we provide customers with a 10 year warranty on AIRnet couplings and aluminium pipes, and that for any damage resulting from material defects.

Conditions for claiming the warranty:

  • Use only original spare parts
  • Carry out the installation according to the instructions and guidelines of the manufacturer
  • Protect the AIRnet piping system against shocks, vibrations and a corrosive environment
  • Damaged parts must be submitted for inspection and settlement of the claim
  • The warranty on the AIRnet system is limited only to the replacement of components
  • Claim requests are dealt with exclusively by the importer of the system or a service centre authorised by it
  • This 10 year warranty is limited to providing a new coupling or pipe and is subject to our decision as to whether it is a defect caused by a manufacturing fault

Common galvanised pipes

  • smooth surface
  • low coefficient of friction
  • low pressure drop (e.g. with piping of a length of 400 m and a nominal bore of 50 mm / 2" at a pressure of 7 bar and a flow of 110 l/s the pressure drop is only 0,2 bar)
  • corrosion-resistant aluminium pipes and polymer fittings
  • no risk of corrosion when cutting aluminium and very low air leakage through the material of the fitting or pipe
  • low weight of the pipes (e.g. with a diameter of 50 mm the pipe weighs only 5 kg)
  • fast cutting of the aluminium pipes
  • fast and easy deburring of the pipes; the pipes can easily be pushed into the couplings
  • the couplings can be tightened by hand and secured with a spanner
  • modifications of the lines are easy: fittings and pipes can simply be disassembled and used again
  • standard blue (compressed air) or green (inert gases) pipes for easy identification of the piping
  • rough surface
  • the coefficient of friction is almost twice as high
  • high pressure drop (e.g. with piping of a length of 400 m and a nominal bore of 50 mm / 2" at a pressure of 7 bar and a flow of 110 l/s the pressure drop is 0,37 bar)
  • protection against corrosion depends on the quality of the galvanisation
  • when cutting the pipes the galvanisation is broken; in places where condensate may settle there is a high risk of air leakage
  • high weight of the pipes (e.g. with a diameter of 50 mm the pipe weighs more than 25 kg)
  • a very long time for manual cutting, an electric knife may create metal dust
  • for assembly experience is needed in order to create a perfectly tight connection
  • galvanised couplings need to be tightened using a spanner, the risk of leakage depends on the quality of the thread
  • modifications of the lines are often difficult: after disassembly the pipes must be cut, replaced, fitted and reassembled into the circuit
  • the pipes need to be painted afterwards
