Gentilin is an Italian family company, Gentilin S.r.l. from Trissino near Vicenza, specialising in oil-free compressors. It began in 1980, when the brothers Giampaolo and Giuseppe Gentilin set up the company AIRCOBER in the garage of their home to make compressed air fittings. Today it is run by the second generation of the family.
It makes portable compressors for tradespeople and workshops, stationary piston and scroll compressors for dental practices, hospitals, laboratories and the food industry, piston pumps for machine builders, dryers and filters, surgical suction units, pneumatic tools and fittings. From Gentilin we offer tyre inflator parts and accessories: brass valves, spare hoses and a pressure gauge.

Valves for tyre inflators
For tyres, bicycles, balls and mattresses. The brass valve fits onto the tyre inflator or its hose. Choose it by the valve you are inflating.
- basic TGV-H, lever TGV-P, double-sided TGV-B and TGV-D
- TGV-BC adapter for Dunlop valves on bicycles
- TGV-BL needle for balls, TGV-MT nozzle for mattresses
Hoses and pressure gauge
Spare parts for the tyre inflator. The hose with a valve connects to the inflator with a 1/4" thread. The gauge with a protective rubber cover replaces a damaged gauge on the TG-09 inflator.
- TGH-300 and TGH-500 hoses with a basic valve
- TGH-500P with a lever valve
- TGM-G14 gauge, 63 mm, 0 to 16 bar

How to inflate with a tyre inflator
1. Check the pressure
You will find the correct pressure in the vehicle manual or on the label in the door frame or fuel filler flap. Measure on cold tyres.
2. Choose the valve
For tyres use the basic, lever or double-sided valve. For a bicycle with a Dunlop valve use the TGV-BC adapter, for a ball the TGV-BL needle and for a mattress the TGV-MT nozzle.
3. Fit and inflate
Fit the valve onto the tyre valve and inflate with the lever of the inflator. If you overinflate, release air with the button on the side of the inflator.
4. Replace worn parts
Do not throw away the whole inflator because of a cracked hose or a damaged gauge. Replace them with a spare part.

- The family company Gentilin S.r.l. from Trissino near Vicenza in northern Italy, run today by the second generation of the family. The plant has a 3,000 m² hall from 2000 and, since 2015, a 1,500 m² hall for oil-free compressor production.
- How did Gentilin develop?
- The brothers Giampaolo and Giuseppe Gentilin started in 1980 with compressed air fittings. In 1984 they took over the pneumatic tool maker Marchetto and began selling outside Europe, and in 1988 they received a gold medal from the Vicenza Chamber of Commerce for their export results. Since 2005 they have held the international AXXER patent, used today in most of their oil-free compressors.
- What compressors does Gentilin make?
- Oil-free ones that deliver air without oil residue. The portable COMPACT AIR range arrived in 2008, the quiet stationary CLINIC AIR for medical and food use in 2014, HUSH and QUBE for food, beverages and biogas plants in 2022, and the water-lubricated HYDRO SD screw compressors in 2023.
- Which valve do I need for a bicycle?
- For a bicycle with a Dunlop valve, use the TGV-BC adapter. It fits onto the TG-09 tyre inflator.
- How do I inflate a ball or an air mattress?
- Inflate a ball with the TGV-BL needle valve, which connects to the inflator or to a hose with a valve. Inflate an air mattress with the TGV-MT valve, which slides directly into the inflator hose.
- Which gauge fits the TG-09 tyre inflator?
- The TGM-G14 spare gauge, 63 mm in diameter, with a protective rubber cover and a range of 0 to 16 bar.
