The AAFHTS-1500 high-temperature microfilter traps the finest particles larger than 0.01 µm as well as water and oil droplets. It has a 2" female thread and a flow of 25,000 l/min at 7 bar.
It is designed for high-temperature compressed air: it works up to 13 bar at a temperature of +1.5 to +85 °C, or up to 10 bar at a temperature of +1.5 to +120 °C.
It belongs to the range of Omega Air AAFHT filters for high temperatures: the aluminium housing is the same for all filtration stages, and the element determines the stage. It is supplied as a filter housing with an element and an MCD manual condensate drain.

Flow by pressure
The flow applies to a pressure of 7 bar and a temperature of +20 °C. At a different pressure, it changes according to the manufacturer’s correction factor:

Where to place it
It goes after the AAFHTM fine pre-filter. The 0.01 µm microfilter traps the finest particles; the coarser ones must be trapped by the stages before it.
