The STANDARD unit of size BG 90 with a G 1 1/2" thread cleans the air with a 40 µm filter element, reduces it to a pressure set within the 0.5–10 bar range and adds oil mist to it. The nominal flow is 12,678 l/min, and the inlet and outlet pressure gauges are included.

What it is for
It goes before a branch of the air line or a machine with high air consumption that needs clean air at a constant pressure with oil mist. The lubricator only adds oil from a flow of 167 l/min, so a smaller unit is more suitable for individual smaller tools.

Maintenance
Drain the condensate regularly through the manual drain at the bottom of the filter bowl. Top up the oil in the lubricator bowl in good time; the lubricator can be filled even under pressure. Replace a clogged filter element; spare elements are in our range. Do not clean the plastic bowls with solvents.
Ventilek’s tip
Metal bowls for heat. With plastic bowls, the unit withstands 16 bar and 50 °C. For higher pressure or temperature, or for operation where there is a risk of impact, choose metal bowls.
