Product detailed description
The two-piece A1X unit with a G 1/4" thread consists of a filter regulator and a lubricator, assembled and made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel. It cleans the air with a 5 µm element, reduces it to a pressure set within the 0.5–20 bar range and adds oil mist to it. It withstands an inlet pressure of up to 30 bar.

What it is for
It suits places where aluminium or plastic would corrode: the food industry, chemicals, laboratories, outdoor installations and near the sea. The stainless steel bowls resist corrosion and chemicals and withstand high pressure.
Maintenance
The condensate leaves by itself after the pressure in the bowl drops; in continuous operation, drain it from time to time. Check the stainless steel element and clean it when it is clogged. The regulator needs no regular maintenance. When it does not hold the set pressure or air escapes continuously from the relief, it is time for an inspection. Check the oil level and top up the oil in good time, even during operation. Use ISO VG 32 oil.

Ventilek’s tip
The limit is temperature, not stainless steel. The stainless steel body withstands a lot, but the seals and the regulator are designed for −10 to +70 °C. In its standard version, the unit is not suitable for frost below −10 °C.
