The size 1 COMBIBLOC unit with a G 1/4" thread cleans the air with a 40 µm filter, reduces it to a pressure set within the 0.5–6 bar range and adds oil mist to it. The flow is 1,400 l/min, and a 0–10 bar pressure gauge is included.

What it is for
It goes before pneumatic tools, cylinders and valves that need clean air at a constant pressure with oil mist, especially where space is tight: the lubricator bowl sits inside the filter bowl, so the unit takes up less space than a filter, regulator and lubricator in a row. Size 1 is for consumption up to 1,400 l/min; for higher consumption, choose size 2.

Maintenance
Drain the condensate regularly with the valve at the bottom of the bowl, and top up the oil through the filling screw, even during operation (to about 2/3, up to the mark). Clean the element without pressure: unscrew the bowl, loosen the element nut, wash the element in solvent and blow it through from the inside out. Wash the plastic bowl only with water, kerosene or petroleum spirit.
Ventilek’s tip
2 bar more at the inlet. The regulator only holds the set pressure when the inlet is at least 2 bar higher. From an 8 bar air line, you can therefore set about 6 bar at most.
