A metal compressed air microfilter with a G 1/2" thread and a filter rating of 0.01 µm. It removes even very fine particles, water and oil that a standard filter lets through. Flow 4300 l/min, inlet pressure up to 18 bar.

What it is for
It suits spraying and any application where the air must be very clean. A 20 µm standard filter must always go before the microfilter, otherwise the microfilter would clog quickly. Size G 1/2" is suitable for a workshop with several workstations or a smaller production line.
The upstream filter of the same size is B2F-12; automatic condensate draining is provided by B2FD. The same body with a G 3/8" thread is B2FM-38. For even more demanding air treatment there are industrial filters to ISO 8573.
Ventilek’s tip
No oil after the microfilter. Where you need very clean air, do not connect a lubricator. The oil would contaminate the cleaned air again.
