Microfilter WFITS-200 – 14 bar, G 3", 40,000 l/min 0.01 microns · class 1-x-1 · 14 bar
Code: WFITS-200Related products
Product detailed description
The WFITS-200 process microfilter traps particles larger than 0.01 µm, water and oil; residual oil is below 0.01 mg/m³. It has a G 3" connection (female pipe thread), a flow of 40,000 l/min at 7 bar and a working pressure of up to 14 bar.
It belongs to the WFIT process filters, among the WFITS microfilters: the housing is the same for all stages, only the element differs.

Housing and dimensions

The welded housing is made of stainless steel 1.4404, or 1.4301 on request, with FKM seals (EPDM or silicone on request) and female pipe threads. It withstands −20 to +150 °C; the actual limit depends on the seals and the element.
Dimensions according to the manufacturer: height A 1,004 mm, width across the connections B 224 mm, housing diameter C 139.7 mm. Weight 12 kg.
Flow by pressure
The flow applies to a pressure of 7 bar and a temperature of +20 °C. At a different pressure, it is multiplied by the correction factor; at 14 bar it is 1.88:
| Pressure (bar) | 4 | 7 | 10 | 14 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Flow (l/min) | 25,200 | 40,000 | 55,200 | 75,200 |
Element and accessories
Where to place it

It goes after the WFITM fine pre-filter, which protects it. It can be followed by the WFITA activated carbon.
You will find other sizes among the filters of the same stage.
