Product detailed description
A monitoring system that connects straight to the Mk5 electronic controller of a compressor made by ATLAS COPCO and MULTIAIR. It reads the maintenance status, the load, the loaded-to-unloaded ratio, the hours to the next service and events about the state of the machine. You follow the data over the internet on a computer or a phone.
How it works
The system was developed by the international group of compressor makers MULTIAIR. The module reads the data straight from the machine’s controller and sends it as GPRS data packets to the maker’s server. It runs in a single compressor or across a network on Ethernet and CAN.
The module is fixed into the switch cabinet, connected to power and to the controller, and an antenna is mounted on top of the machine. Commissioning takes no more than an hour.

Licences and data
The basic RIGHTIME licence is free and active the moment it is installed — the data comes once a week and once a month a report arrives by e-mail. The paid annual UPTIME and ENERGY licences send the data every 24 hours and add further functions.
An alert for a fault or a due service is a different matter though — that leaves within 5 minutes of the event, by e-mail and SMS, so not only the operator hears about it but the service partner too. Do not mix it up with the data transmission interval.

Choose by the generation of your machine’s electronic controller, not by the price — Mk4 and Mk5 differ in the cable, and the one does not belong to the other. And remember the difference: the data comes once a day, but you know about a fault within five minutes. On machines of other brands this version does not fit; there you want Clamp.
