Models from the HF (High Pressure) series or the giant BF flanged workhorses can handle even the biggest pressure surges without hesitation. But remember the golden rule of air treatment: Always arrange filters in a cascade – from the coarsest (e.g., 15 or 3 µm) to the finest (0.01 µm or activated carbon). If you were to install that expensive fine microfilter on dirty piping first, it would get clogged with water and coarse dust within a few hours! And please don't forget to change the filter cartridges regularly, otherwise your compressor will suffocate unnecessarily.
