AAFSP silicone-free basic filters
AAFSP silicone-free basic filters trap solid contaminants and dust particles larger than 3 µm. They belong to the range of Omega Air AAFS silicone-free filters for compressed air lines used in painting: the seals are silicone-free and the housing is not lubricated.
17 sizes from G 1/8" to G 3", flow of 167 to 46,000 l/min at 7 bar, working pressure up to 16 bar. The housing is supplied with the element.

Where to place it
It is the first stage of the AAFS range. It goes before the AAFSR dust filter and the microfilters and protects them from coarser contaminants.
Element replacement
Replace the element within 12 months at the latest, or earlier if the pressure drop across the filter rises — this is shown by an indicator or differential pressure gauge. All elements are among the AAFS spare elements.
Flow at a different pressure
The flows in the tables apply to a pressure of 7 bar and a temperature of +20 °C. At a different pressure, multiply the flow by the correction factor:
