AAFSR silicone-free dust filters
AAFSR silicone-free dust filters trap smaller solid contaminants and dust particles larger than 1 µm. They belong to the range of Omega Air AAFS silicone-free filters for compressed air lines used in painting: the seals are silicone-free and the housing is not lubricated.
17 sizes from G 1/8" to G 3", flow of 167 to 46,000 l/min at 7 bar, working pressure up to 16 bar. The housing is supplied with the element.

Where to place it
It goes after the AAFSP basic filter, before the AAFSM fine pre-filter or AAFSS microfilter.
Element replacement
Replace the element within 12 months at the latest, or earlier if the pressure drop across the filter rises — this is shown by an indicator or differential pressure gauge. All elements are among the AAFS spare elements.
Flow at a different pressure
The flows in the tables apply to a pressure of 7 bar and a temperature of +20 °C. At a different pressure, multiply the flow by the correction factor:
