Cyclone separator WFIWC-150 – 14 bar, ø 60.3 mm, 21,000 l/min cyclone element · 14 bar
Code: WFIWC-150Related products
Product detailed description
The WFIWC-150 stainless steel cyclone separator removes condensate droplets — water and oil droplets — from the air before they reach the elements after it. It has welding ends for a ø 60.3 mm pipe, a flow of 21,000 l/min at 7 bar and a working pressure of up to 14 bar.
It belongs to the WFIW process filters, among the WFIWC cyclone separators: the housing is the same for all stages, but instead of an element it has a cyclone element.

Housing and dimensions

The welded housing is made of stainless steel 1.4404, or 1.4301 on request, with welding ends for the pipeline and FKM seals (EPDM or silicone on request). It withstands −20 to +150 °C; the actual limit depends on the seals and the element.
Dimensions according to the manufacturer: height A 583 mm, head width B 180 mm, housing diameter C 114.3 mm. Weight 5.3 kg.
Flow by pressure
The flow applies to a pressure of 7 bar and a temperature of +20 °C. At a different pressure, it is multiplied by the correction factor; at 14 bar it is 1.88:
| Pressure (bar) | 4 | 7 | 10 | 14 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Flow (l/min) | 13,230 | 21,000 | 28,980 | 39,480 |
Cyclone element and accessories
Once a year, check the housing for visible damage. The separated condensate is drained at the bottom of the housing.
Where to place it

It goes at the start of the filtration, before the WFIWN25 coarse filter or the WFIWI20 sintered pre-filter.
You will find other sizes among the separators of the same range.
