Dial pressure regulator MANO R 3/4", 8,000 l/min, 0-11 bar
Code: MANOR3411Related products
Product detailed description
The Wilkerson MANOR3411 dial pressure regulator (Dial-Air series) reduces the pressure of compressed air from the air network – up to 21 bar – to 0 to 11 bar. You set the pressure by turning the transparent knob and read the set value on the scale beneath it. In the OFF position, the regulator shuts off the supply and vents the outlet.
Connection G 3/4", flow rate 8,000 l/min, Kv value 6.8 m³/h. It belongs to the series of MANO R dial pressure regulators.

Dimensions and flow rate

Flow rate 8,000 l/min and Kv value 6.8 m³/h according to the manufacturer. The manufacturer provides flow curves for sizes G 1/4" and G 1".
Scale and stops

- Under the transparent knob there is a 0–11 bar and 0–160 psi scale and the OFF position.
- You set the stop under the knob so that the operator cannot turn above (1) or below (2) the selected pressure.
- With two stops (3), you define the range within which the pressure may be changed, or lock the setting completely. The second stop comes in a kit that the manufacturer supplies separately.
- The stops are set after removing the knob, according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Installation and adjustment
- install a compressed air filter upstream of the regulator – the manufacturer recommends 5 µm filtration
- install the regulator as close to the consumer as possible and connect it so that the air flows in the direction of the arrow on the body; any mounting position is possible
- use pipework of the same nominal size as the regulator thread and avoid restrictions, otherwise the flow rate drops
- in a panel: drill a ⌀ 69 mm hole (panel no thicker than 32 mm), remove the knob, insert the regulator from behind and refit the knob; sizes G 1/4" to G 1" are screwed to the panel with four screws (holes ⌀ 5.5 mm)
- you can screw a pressure gauge into one of the side connections G 1/4" or take another regulated outlet from it; plug the unused connection
Spare parts and accessories
For the MANO R regulators, the manufacturer supplies a valve repair kit and a second-stop kit for locking the setting. If you need them, send us the code of your regulator. You will find parts for other regulators in the category spare parts and accessories for pressure regulators.
For standard use with a pressure gauge, there are regulators 280 and 406, and for pressure in millibar RPM low-pressure regulators.

Wilkerson is an American brand of compressed air treatment equipment – filters, pressure regulators and lubricators. Today Wilkerson products are offered by the American company Dixon Valve & Coupling Company, based in Chestertown, Maryland.
From Wilkerson we offer MANO R dial pressure regulators from the Dial-Air™ series in five sizes from G 1/4" to G 2". You read the set pressure of 0–11 bar directly on the dial under the transparent knob, so no pressure gauge is needed. In the OFF position the regulator shuts off the supply and exhausts the outlet.

All sizes: regulation 0–11 bar (0–160 psi) on the dial, inlet pressure up to 21 bar, secondary relieving, operating temperature 0 to +65 °C. For panel mounting the regulator needs a ⌀ 69 mm hole (panel up to 32 mm); sizes G 1/4" to G 1" also have holes for four screws.
How to choose and connect a MANO R regulator
1. Choose the size
Choose the size by the flow of the consumer and the pipe thread – from 3,000 l/min (G 1/4") to 24,000 l/min (G 2"). Do not narrow the pipework, otherwise the flow drops.
2. Fit a filter
Install a compressed air filter upstream of the regulator. The manufacturer recommends 5 µm filtration; the air may be lubricated or non-lubricated.
3. Mount
Place the regulator as close to the consumer as possible; the air must flow in the direction of the arrow on the body. A ⌀ 69 mm hole is enough for panel mounting, the knob with the dial stays at the front.
4. Set and lock
Set the pressure by turning the knob and read it on the dial in bar and psi. A stop under the knob limits the pressure to which the operator can turn the knob.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need a pressure gauge for the MANO R regulator?
- No. You read the set pressure on the dial under the transparent knob – in bar and psi. You can still screw a pressure gauge into one of the two G 1/4" side ports or use it as another regulated outlet.
- What happens in the OFF position?
- The regulator shuts off the air supply and exhausts the outlet. It therefore replaces a 3/2 shut-off valve.
- What inlet pressure is allowed?
- Up to 21 bar (300 psi). The outlet can be set from 0 to 11 bar.
- Can the setting be locked against changes?
- Yes. Under the knob there is a stop that limits the highest or lowest pressure to which the knob can be turned. It is set with the knob removed, according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Where can I find all MANO R regulators?
- In the category MANO R dial pressure regulators. It also includes dimension drawings, flow curves and panel mounting.
- What air is the regulator designed for?
- For compressed air, lubricated or non-lubricated, at 0 to +65 °C. The manufacturer does not recommend other media without its approval.
