Spare diaphragms, valve cones, pressure gauges, mounting brackets and panel nuts for the pressure regulators in our range: EWO regulators of the 280, 406, 286, 274, 302 and 417 series and KNOCKS regulators of the DRI, DRF and FDR series.
The diaphragm and the cone are the parts of a regulator that wear over time. Replace them and the regulator will keep on working. Add a bracket or a nut when you mount the regulator on a wall, in a frame or in a panel.

When to replace the diaphragm and when the cone
- Diaphragm: air escapes continuously through the vent hole in the spring housing even when there is no overpressure at the outlet, or the regulator does not hold the set pressure.
- Cone: after air consumption stops, the outlet pressure slowly rises above the set value. The regulator does not seal fully.
- A short blow-off of air when the set pressure is reduced is normal. This is how secondary venting works.
How to replace a part
- Shut off the air supply and release the pressure from the regulator outlet.
- Loosen the adjusting screw or knob so that the spring is not under tension.
- Replace the diaphragm or cone and reassemble the regulator.
- Pressurise it slowly and check for leaks and the set pressure.
Regulators with a 0.5–3 bar range use a different diaphragm. Send us the code of your regulator and we will advise you.

How do I find out which part I need?
By the regulator code. Find it in the table above, or on the product page of the part in the ‘For regulators’ row.
Do the parts also fit regulators of other brands?
No. The parts are designed for the listed EWO and KNOCKS regulator series.
Why does the 302 series have only a cone and no diaphragm?
The 302 regulators for inlet pressure up to 60 bar are piston regulators and have no diaphragm.
When do I need a bracket and when a panel nut?
The bracket is used for mounting on a wall or frame, the panel nut for mounting the regulator in an opening in a panel or in a control cabinet door.
