The CHP1M-018 high-pressure fine pre-filter traps fine solid particles larger than 0.1 µm, water and oil aerosol; residual oil is below 0.1 mg/m³. It has a G 1" thread, a flow of 4,583 l/min at 7 bar and a working pressure of up to 100 bar.
It belongs to the range of CHP1 high-pressure filters, among the CHP1M fine pre-filters: the housing is the same for all stages, only the element differs.

Housing and dimensions
The housing is made of ANSI A-105 carbon steel with chemical nickel plating, the fittings and bolts are made of stainless steel 1.4404 and the seals of FKM with a PTFE back-up ring. The air is connected through female pipe threads in the filter head; the condensate leaves through a G 1/4" opening in the bottom.
According to the manufacturer: height A 276 mm, head width B 145 mm, maximum width C 158 mm and from the top edge D 46 mm. Weight 26.5 kg.
Flow by pressure
The flow applies to a pressure of 7 bar and a temperature of +20 °C. At a higher pressure, it is multiplied by the correction factor; from 100 bar it is 12:
