The lubricator adds oil to compressed air as a fine mist, which the air carries to tools, cylinders and valves. You set the oil quantity with the dosing screw and check it by counting the drops.

What it is for
It goes last in the assembly, after the filter and regulator, for tools and actuators that need lubrication. It is not for spraying. Size 1 is suitable for tools and smaller machines.

Potentially explosive atmospheres
A mechanical device with no ignition source of its own. According to the declaration regarding Directive 2014/34/EU, you can use it in zones 1 and 2 (gases IIA, IIB, IIC) and 21 and 22 (dust IIIA, IIIB), temperature class T4, under the conditions described for the FUTURA range. We will send you the declaration on request.
Ventilek’s tip
Branch off before the lubricator. Neither spraying nor blow-off tolerates oil. Take the air for them before the lubricator.
