The A1X filter regulator with a G 1/2" thread is made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel. It cleans the air with a 5 µm element and reduces it to a pressure set within the 0.5–12 bar range. It withstands an inlet pressure of up to 60 bar.

What it is for
It goes before consumers that need clean air at a constant pressure without oil, in environments where aluminium or plastic would corrode: the food industry, chemicals, laboratories, outdoor installations.
Maintenance
The condensate leaves by itself after the pressure in the bowl drops; in continuous operation, drain it from time to time. Check the stainless steel element and clean it when it is clogged. The regulator needs no regular maintenance. When it does not hold the set pressure or air escapes continuously from the relief, it is time for an inspection.

Ventilek’s tip
The condensate drains by itself after shut-off. The semi-automatic drain opens when the pressure in the bowl drops. In continuous operation, therefore, drain it manually from time to time by disconnecting the supply.
