An original ATMOS service kit for the service after 2 years, for the LB 24 piston unit. This is the bigger service — besides the oil and the filters, the kit holds valve plates, gaskets and a belt.
What is in the kit
Everything from the smaller kit plus the parts for a bigger job:
- oil extractor, 500 ml
- check valve
- check valve insert
- unloader hose insert
- oil for the change
- air filter cartridges
- valve plates
- gaskets under the valves
- gaskets under the cylinders
- gaskets under the covers
- belt
- special adhesive
- QR code extending the warranty by another year, up to the next service
The oil is part of the kit, together with the extractor for draining the old one.
Which machines it fits
According to the manufacturer’s material the kit belongs to these machines:
- Perfect Line 2,2/90XE
- Perfect Line 2,2/200E
The machine is no longer made. We keep stocking its kit — anyone still running one does not have to hunt down parts one by one.
Go by the pump unit, not the motor power. The high-pressure T versions have a different piston unit from the equally powerful base version, so this kit does not fit them.
When to use it
The kit is meant for the service after 2 years of operation. The intervals run from the day the machine was commissioned. The kits after 1 and 3 years are smaller; the kits after 2 and 4 years add valve plates, gaskets and a belt — the order code will not tell you which, which is why it is written here.
Warranty
The box holds a QR code that extends the warranty by another year, up to the next service. The manufacturer builds a programme of up to five years of warranty on it for Perfect and Perfect Line piston compressors — no flat fees, no service contracts, managed in an app.

Change the kit before anything goes wrong, and do not forget to scan the QR code after the service — without it the extra year of warranty will not register. And while the machine is standing anyway, check the belt tension too.
The kit contents and the assignment to a pump unit follow the manufacturer’s material and the product parameters. The interval applies to normal operating conditions; in dusty or multi-shift use it tends to be shorter.

A domestic company of world quality
One of the leading companies operating in the field of compressed air not only in the Czech Republic, but also in the world, is the domestic manufacturer ATMOS Chrást s.r.o., which presents itself mainly by the production of screw and piston compressors, screw blocks and motor generators. The roots of the company go back to 1899, when foundries and machine shops were established in the West Bohemian village; during the communist regime, the machine shops belonged to the national company Škoda Plzeň. A product offer for everyone
ATMOS is constantly working on new compressors and the characteristics are subject to regular technological research. As a result, the company has already come up with innovative ideas on several occasions, such as when it extremely reduced the noise level of stationary compressors without losing their top performance parameters, thanks to which they have been widely exported abroad. However, in addition to large companies, ATMOS also meets the needs of private customers with smaller workshop machines. Another breakthrough was the creation of the small and compact Albert compressors, whose product range is constantly expanding and are suitable for hobby use. More than 60 of these types are currently in production, with outputs ranging from 3 to 22 kW. The company is the youngest to launch motor generators, filling one of the gaps in the domestic market.
