Simply reliable. The SEC range is designed for continuous industrial operation in production halls, forging shops, paint shops and large-capacity engineering facilities. 10 models in 4 power classes (15 / 22 / 30 / 37 kW), with pressure options of 8 / 10 / 13 bar. All SEC units are supplied as free-standing industrial machines (the air receiver is an external accessory). Vario versions with a Danfoss VLT inverter enable savings of 20–30% in electrical energy.

How to choose the right SEC model
22 kW (SEC 220) → entry into the industrial class. For medium-sized operations with pressure up to 10 bar — car repair shops, machine shops with 20–30 people, woodworking operations.
22 kW (SEC 220 / 221 / 221 Vario) → medium industrial operations with 20–30 pneumatic workstations. SEC 221 adds a 13 bar pressure option.
30 kW (SEC 300 / 302 + Vario) → large production facilities, automotive operations, paint shops. SEC 302 has higher output with the same motor (5.2 vs 4.5 m³/min) and lower noise level (65 vs 75 dB).
37 kW (SEC 372 + Vario) → the largest production plants with 50+ people, forges, plastics processing lines, automotive production lines.
Vario version (221 / 300 / 302 / 372 Vario) → operations with intermittent or variable consumption. The Danfoss VLT inverter saves 20–30% energy. Typical payback period is 2–3 years.
Optional built-in heat recovery (SEC 221+) → surcharge of CZK 57,375 excl. VAT (CZK 69,424 incl. VAT). Uses compression heat for domestic hot water heating or space heating — typical payback period under 1 year. Not available for SEC 220 (entry-level Standard).

What's hidden under the SEC housing
LOGIK 26-S control
LOGIK 26-S is a microprocessor control unit fitted to all SEC models. The LCD display shows operating parameters, ATMOS Care monitors service intervals. The RS-485 serial line (Modbus) enables remote communication with higher-level systems.
Master/Slave mode coordinates 2 compressors as 1 source. For larger compressor stations, the ARCHON higher-level system is available (see below).

The way the station is controlled has a fundamentally crucial impact on overall efficiency — ARCHON enables fully automatic coordination of compressors with regard to both wear and energy efficiency.

- What is the difference between SEC 300 and SEC 302?
- With the same 30 kW motor, SEC 302 has a higher delivery rate (5.2 vs 4.5 m³/min at 8 bar) thanks to the new Atmos A 150 screw element (vs B 100 in SEC 300). It also has significantly lower noise level — 65 dB(A) vs 75 dB(A). SEC 302 is the premium 30 kW version.
- What does Vario mean in the model name?
- Vario denotes a compressor with a Danfoss VLT frequency inverter, which smoothly regulates the screw element speed according to current demand. It eliminates idle running and saves 20–30% of electrical energy compared to a fixed-speed machine. Vario versions are ideal for operations with intermittent or variable consumption.
- Can I choose a different working pressure than the standard 8 bar?
- Yes. SEC 220 (input Standard) is available in 8 or 10 bar versions. SEC 221 and all larger models (SEC 300+, SEC 302+, SEC 372+) are available in 8 / 10 / 13 bar variants. At higher pressure, the delivery rate in m³/min decreases — see the technical parameters table.
- Do SEC compressors have an integrated air receiver?
- No. All SEC models (150 to 372) are supplied as freestanding industrial machines. The air receiver is an external accessory — available in 270 / 500 / 900 / 1000 l variants. We recommend sizing the air receiver at 4–6× the nominal delivery rate per minute to balance pressure peaks.
- What screw element is used in the individual models?
- SEC 220 → Atmos AB 240 (low-speed). SEC 221 and 300 + Vario → Atmos B 100 (high-speed, 4–6 thousand rpm via belt). SEC 302 and 372 + Vario → Atmos A 150 (new premium block with higher performance and lower noise).
- What is ARCHON?
- ARCHON is a superior ATMOS control system for coordinating 3, 5 or 9 compressors as a single source of compressed air. It offers 10 daily programs + 3 control methods (operating hours / priorities / highest efficiency). Including Ethernet for remote management.
- What does heat recovery enable?
- The compressor generates compression heat, which is normally lost to the surroundings through cooling. The ATMOS heat recovery exchanger captures this heat and transfers it to a water circuit (heating, domestic hot water heating). Up to 72% of the input electrical energy can be recovered — the return on investment is typically 1 year.
