Three-piece FUTURA conditioning units (ATEX up to 16 bar)
Give your pneumatic circuits the highest level of protection. Complete three-part FUTURA air preparation units of German quality combine an independent filter, a precise regulator and a powerful lubricator into one integrated station. They meet the strictest ATEX II 2G2D certification for explosive and industrially demanding environments.
- ✅ Classic F-R-L concept: The three-part assembly offers enormous performance and easy maintenance. Standard filtration fineness is 5 µm.
- ✅ Grivory® material: The body made of high-tech PA66 composite delivers uncompromising strength with zero risk of corrosion. The bowls are made of durable polycarbonate.
- 🔹 High durability: The system reliably handles working pressures from 1,5 to 16 bar at temperatures from -10 °C to +50 °C.
- ✔ Accessories included: A precise pressure gauge (50 mm diameter, 1/4" connection) comes with the unit at no extra charge. The system features a pressure lock and semi-automatic condensate drainage.
