3/2 NO
3/2 valves in the NO (normally open) version pass air at rest and, once switched, shut the supply and vent the outlet. They suit applications where air should flow continuously and the signal is used to interrupt it.
The valve designation reads like a fraction: the first number is the count of ports, the second the count of spool positions. Choose the actuation and reset method to match your control system — a solenoid suits electrical control, an air pilot signal works where electricity is unwelcome. Also check the port thread, the coil voltage and the flow you need.
