5/2 solenoid / solenoid
Bistable 5/2 valves with two solenoids hold the last position switched even without power. A short pulse is enough for the coil, so the valve does not heat up and long-held states draw almost no electricity.
The valve designation reads like a fraction: the first number is the count of ports, the second the count of spool positions. Choose the actuation and reset method to match your control system — a solenoid suits electrical control, an air pilot signal works where electricity is unwelcome. Also check the port thread, the coil voltage and the flow you need.
