Microfilter WFIFS-018 – 14 bar, DN20, 3,750 l/min 0.01 microns · class 1-x-1 · 14 bar
Code: WFIFS-018Related products
Product detailed description
The WFIFS-018 process microfilter traps particles larger than 0.01 µm, water and oil; residual oil is below 0.01 mg/m³. It has a DN20 flange, a flow of 3,750 l/min at 7 bar and a working pressure of up to 14 bar.
It belongs to the WFIF process filters, among the WFIFS microfilters: the housing is the same for all stages, only the element differs.

Housing and dimensions

The welded housing is made of stainless steel 1.4404, or 1.4301 on request, with flanges according to EN 1092-1/11 PN16 (ANSI B16.5 WN Class 150 on request) and FKM seals. It withstands −20 to +150 °C; the actual limit depends on the seals and the element.
Dimensions according to the manufacturer: height A 263 mm, length across the flanges B 201 mm, housing diameter C 76.1 mm. Weight 4.3 kg.
Flow by pressure
The flow applies to a pressure of 7 bar and a temperature of +20 °C. At a different pressure, it is multiplied by the correction factor; at 14 bar it is 1.88:
| Pressure (bar) | 4 | 7 | 10 | 14 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Flow (l/min) | 2,363 | 3,750 | 5,175 | 7,050 |
Element and accessories
Where to place it

It goes after the WFIFM fine pre-filter, which protects it. It can be followed by the WFIFA activated carbon.
You will find other sizes among the filters of the same stage.
