Code: PVACP-0186Related products
Product detailed description
The PVACP-0186 is an Omega Air vacuum pre-filter with a 3 µm element. It is mounted on the suction side of the vacuum pump and traps liquid and larger solid particles before they damage the pump.

Dimensions

Leave free space D below the filter: the filter bowl is removed downwards when the element is replaced.
The filter is supplied with an element, without a drain.
Flow under vacuum
The nominal flow of 24.8 Nm³/h applies at atmospheric pressure. Under vacuum the filter passes less air: the actual flow is the nominal flow × C1, so at an absolute pressure of 500 mbar it is 12.4 Nm³/h. You will find the table of factors in the P-VAC vacuum filters category.
Spare element
The filter takes the PVACP-0186V element. A VPG 40 differential pressure gauge on the filter head shows when to replace it.
For very fine contaminants, add the PVACM-0186 fine pre-filter with a 0.1 µm element after the pre-filter — it has a housing of the same size.
You will find the whole range in the P-VACP vacuum pre-filters category.
