3/2 valve FUTURA MCL014-F115VAC - 115 V AC, G 1/4" 2,000 l/min · 115 V AC · size 0
Code: MCL014-F115VACRelated products
Product detailed description

The electrically operated 3/2 valve is normally closed: without current it shuts off the supply and exhausts the outlet. When the coil is energised, it connects the supply to the outlet; when it is de-energised, a spring returns it. It is switched by a small pilot valve with coil.

What it is for
It suits switching the air on and off according to the machine control, for example at start and stop. Size 0 is suitable for individual machines and tools with lower air consumption.
Parts for this size: spare pilot valve MCL-F24VDC, MCL-F230VAC, MCL-F115VAC · mounting bracket W0F · connection kit KP0F · connection kit with wall bracket KPW0F · threaded wall brackets WK0-14F.
Potentially explosive atmospheres
An electrically operated component is not for use in potentially explosive atmospheres: its pilot valve with coil would need its own design for explosive atmospheres. For the zones, choose the air-operated version.
Ventilek’s tip
The valve needs at least 2 bar. Below this pressure it does not switch reliably.

From the basement to the worldThe German company KNOCKS FLUID Technik was founded as a family business in 1970. The company, which in its early days was run by its founder in the basement of his house, has grown into one of the leaders in the compressed air industry in less than 50 years. But the company continues to keep pace, and year after year its ranks have grown, while the development of new technologies has not been overlooked. But it wasn't just the desire for expansion, but also the desire for excellence that kept the company going. In 2004, the certification according to ISO 9001: 2000 came quite logically. The complete production of the entire product range is carried out at the company's headquarters in Selm, where, for example, proportional regulators, various types of couplings, pressure regulators, as well as silent blocks are produced. |
