Product detailed description

The AAFSM-25 silicone-free fine pre-filter traps fine solid particles larger than 0.1 µm as well as water and oil droplets. It has a G 1/4" thread and a flow of 417 l/min at 7 bar, working pressure up to 16 bar.

It is designed for compressed air lines used in painting: the seals are made of silicone-free NBR and the housing is not lubricated, so the filter itself does not add any substances to the air that cause defects in a fresh coat of paint.

It belongs to the range of Omega Air AAFS silicone-free filters: the housing is the same for all five stages, only the element differs. The housing is supplied with the element.

Where to place it

AAFS filtration stages in the direction of flow, with stage AAFSM highlighted
In the direction of flow: 1 basic P, 2 dust R, 3 fine pre-filter M, 4 microfilter S, 5 activated carbon A. AAFSM is highlighted.

It goes after the AAFSR dust filter, before the AAFSS microfilter. The 0.1 µm fine pre-filter extends the life of the microfilter, but it cannot replace it.

You will find other sizes among the filters of the same stage.
