The AAFHTN25-1000 high-temperature mesh pre-filter traps coarse solid contaminants larger than 25 µm and protects the finer stages after it. It has a 2" female thread and a flow of 16,667 l/min at 7 bar.
It is designed for high-temperature compressed air: it works up to 13 bar at a temperature of +1.5 to +85 °C, or up to 10 bar at a temperature of +1.5 to +120 °C.
It belongs to the range of Omega Air AAFHT filters for high temperatures: the aluminium housing is the same for all filtration stages, and the element determines the stage. It is supplied as a filter housing with an element and an MCD manual condensate drain.

Flow by pressure
The flow applies to a pressure of 7 bar and a temperature of +20 °C. At a different pressure, it changes according to the manufacturer’s correction factor:

Where to place it
It goes at the start of the filtration, after the AAFHTC cyclone separator. The 25 µm mesh is the coarsest stage of the range and protects the finer stages, for example the N5 mesh pre-filter or AAFHTR dust filter.
