The HPFN25-047 coarse mesh process filter traps coarse solid contaminants larger than 25 µm and protects the finer stages after it. It has a G 1 1/4" connection (female pipe thread), a flow of 7,000 l/min at 7 bar and a working pressure of up to 50 bar.
It belongs to the HPF process filters, among the HPFN25 coarse filters: the housing is the same for all stages, only the element differs.

Housing and dimensions
The housing for pressures up to 50 bar is made of stainless steel 1.4404, or 1.4301 on request, with the outer surface polished to Ra 1.6 and EPDM seals (FKM or silicone on request). It withstands −20 to +150 °C; the actual limit depends on the seals and the element.
Dimensions according to the manufacturer: height A 355 mm, width across the connections B 160 mm, housing diameter C 88.9 mm. Weight 3.9 kg.
Flow by pressure
The flow applies to a pressure of 7 bar and a temperature of +20 °C. At a different pressure, it is multiplied by the correction factor; at 50 bar it is 6.38:
