The soft-start unit combines a soft-start valve and an electrically operated 3/2 valve. The coil switches the filling on, the machine then fills gradually and gets full flow at about half the inlet pressure.

What it is for
It suits places where the machine should only be pressurised on a command from the control system, for example after the start button is pressed. Size 4 is suitable for the main air line or for large consumers.

Potentially explosive atmospheres
