Typical uses
It suits the 1500 l vessel downstream of a more powerful screw compressor or two machines. The safety valve, with a flow capacity of 1024 Nm³/h, is sufficient even for large compressors.
The vessel this kit belongs to is VVP1500-12, and the fully equipped vessel with the same fittings is VVP2-1500-12A. The kit for the galvanised vessel is KVG1500-12.
Ventilek’s tip
An 11-bar compressor does not belong here. The vessel could withstand the pressure, but the valve in the kit opens at 10.5 bar and would blow off every time the compressor pumps up to pressure.
