The MVAC-0036 is an Omega Air medical vacuum filter for medical vacuum systems. It traps bacteria and other solid and liquid contaminants from the air drawn in by the vacuum pump, protects the pump and prevents infection from spreading into the surroundings.

Leave free space D below the filter: the filter bowl is removed downwards when the element is replaced.
The filter is supplied with an element, a drain cock and a transparent bowl for the collected liquid.
Flow under vacuum

Spare element
The filter takes the MVAC-0026V element. A VPG 40 differential pressure gauge on the filter head shows when to replace it.
The collected liquid gathers in the transparent MVAC-N1 bowl, which can be removed and sterilised.
