    Industrial compressed air filters Omega Air (pressure 16 to 64 bar)

    Ensure your operation has absolutely clean and safe compressed air. The industrial series of filters from the renowned European manufacturer Omega Air is designed for reliable filtration even in the most demanding conditions with high pressures from 16 to 64 bar.

    Key features and filtration parameters:

    • ✅ Maximum efficiency: Filters are used for perfect removal of solid mechanical impurities, condensed water, oil aerosols, hydrocarbons, and unpleasant odors.
    • ✅ Extreme purity: We offer various filtration levels covering the requirements of the ISO 8573-1 standard. The accuracy of filter cartridges starts from coarser 15 µm and reaches absolute microfiltration and activated carbon at the level of 0.005 µm.
    • 🔹 High durability: Reliable operation guaranteed for the operating temperature of the passing medium in the range of +1.5 °C to +65 °C.
    • ✔ Wide selection of models and connections: You can choose from top model series AF / AAF (classic threaded design), BF (robust flanged filters), HF (high-pressure cast iron), and CF. Connection is optional via thread or flange precisely according to your piping parameters.

    The Valve advises: Friends, filtration from Omega Air is top-notch! If you work with high pressures in operation that exceed the standard 10 or 12 bar (such as PET bottle blowing, laser cutting, or heavy industry), a standard filter would literally burst before your eyes. Models from the HF (High Pressure) series or the giant BF flanged workhorses can handle even the biggest pressure surges without hesitation. But remember the golden rule of air treatment: Always arrange filters in a cascade – from the coarsest (e.g., 15 or 3 µm) to the finest (0.01 µm or activated carbon). If you were to install that expensive fine microfilter on dirty piping first, it would get clogged with water and coarse dust within a few hours! And please don't forget to change the filter cartridges regularly, otherwise your compressor will suffocate unnecessarily.
