Housing and dimensions

The housing is cast aluminium with a powder coating, the head cover is ABS and the seals are NBR. The air is connected through female pipe threads in the filter head; the condensate leaves at the bottom through a G 1/2" thread.
According to the manufacturer’s data sheet: head width B 198 mm, top edge to connection axis C 70 mm and clearance below the filter D 620 mm. Weight 30.4 kg, housing volume 16.7 l. The manufacturer’s and the supplier’s data sheets give different heights for this size, so we do not state it.
Flow by pressure
The flow applies to a pressure of 7 bar and a temperature of +20 °C. At a different pressure, it changes according to the correction factor:
| Pressure (bar) | 3 | 5 | 7 | 10 | 13 | 16 | 20 | 30 | 40 | 50 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Flow (l/min) | 18,000 | 27,000 | 36,000 | 49,680 | 63,000 | 76,680 | 94,680 | 139,680 | 184,680 | 229,680 |
