Code: WFIWS-070Related products
Product detailed description
The WFIWS-070 process microfilter traps particles larger than 0.01 µm, water and oil; residual oil is below 0.01 mg/m³. It has welding ends for a ø 48.3 mm pipe, a flow of 10,000 l/min at 7 bar and a working pressure of up to 14 bar.
It belongs to the WFIW process filters, among the WFIWS microfilters: the housing is the same for all stages, only the element differs.

Housing and dimensions

The welded housing is made of stainless steel 1.4404, or 1.4301 on request, with welding ends for the pipeline and FKM seals (EPDM or silicone on request). It withstands −20 to +150 °C; the actual limit depends on the seals and the element.
Dimensions according to the manufacturer: height A 376 mm, head width B 176 mm, housing diameter C 114.3 mm. Weight 4.3 kg.
Flow by pressure
The flow applies to a pressure of 7 bar and a temperature of +20 °C. At a different pressure, it is multiplied by the correction factor; at 14 bar it is 1.88:
| Pressure (bar) | 4 | 7 | 10 | 14 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Flow (l/min) | 6,300 | 10,000 | 13,800 | 18,800 |
Element and accessories
Where to place it

It goes after the WFIWM fine pre-filter, which protects it. It can be followed by the WFIWA activated carbon.
You will find other sizes among the filters of the same stage.
