Why slower
A pump that turns more slowly lasts longer and heats up less. It is the same logic as with workshop compressors: a machine meant to work every day and for long stretches is worth buying with a slow-running unit, even though it costs more and weighs more.
The intake of 320 l/min is somewhat lower than on the fast-running siblings with the A39B unit, but the machine takes more hours of work. The same unit is fitted to the hundred-litre EA4-3,5-100CP.
