The HPFI20-010 sintered process pre-filter traps solid contaminants larger than 20 µm and protects the finer stages after it. It has a G 1/2" connection (female pipe thread), a flow of 2,500 l/min at 7 bar and a working pressure of up to 50 bar.
It belongs to the HPF process filters, among the HPFI20 sintered pre-filters: the housing is the same for all stages, only the element differs.

Housing and dimensions
The housing for pressures up to 50 bar is made of stainless steel 1.4404, or 1.4301 on request, with the outer surface polished to Ra 1.6 and EPDM seals (FKM or silicone on request). It withstands −20 to +150 °C; the actual limit depends on the seals and the element.
According to the manufacturer: height A 243 mm, width across the connections B 121 mm, housing diameter C 76.1 mm. Weight 2.5 kg.
Flow by pressure
The flow applies to a pressure of 7 bar and a temperature of +20 °C. At a different pressure, it is multiplied by the correction factor; at 50 bar it is 6.38:
