Typical uses
It is suitable as the main air receiver downstream of a compressor rated at 13 or 15 bar in a low compressor room. The smaller diameter means a lower vessel, but it needs more room lengthways.
A smaller 16-bar vessel is VHP1000-16, and a larger one is VHP3000-16. The 12-bar version is VHP2000-12, and the vertical one VVP2000-16.
How it is made

Choose a pressure gauge with some headroom. For a 16-bar vessel, a scale up to 25 bar is a good choice, so the needle does not sit at the end stop.
