Typical uses

It serves as the central air receiver of an operation with a large and variable air demand, where the compressors need time to start up. Eight 3" side connections at four heights give you freedom when piping it.

A smaller option is VVP6000-12, and a larger one is VVP10000-12. The 8-bar version is VVP8000-8.

How it is made

Automatic welder making a circumferential seam on a pressure vessel shell
Automatic circumferential welding of the shell
Worker grinding a socket weld on the shell of a pressure vessel
Finishing a socket weld
Pressure vessels suspended on the paint line with a manipulator
Paint line
Blue pressure vessels wrapped in film on pallets

Ventilek’s tip

Dampers, not bolts. The vessel is not rigidly anchored to the floor or to any structure. Vibration dampers belong under the three foot plates, and vibration from the compressor is then not transmitted to the welds.
